Peace Ranch and Inland Seas are already putting their $127,500 Impact 100 grants to work, upgrading and expanding their facilities and equipment.

Two Traverse City nonprofits each received a $127,500 grant Wednesday thanks to 255 local women who contributed $1,000 per person toward making a transformational impact in the community.

Over at the Hagerty Center in Traverse City, two nonprofits received generous awards for their impact on the area.

Jackie Kaschel, Founder and ED of PEACE Ranch, serving horses and humans suffering the effects of abuse, neglect, conflict grief and pain.
